    Please read all these terms and conditions.

    As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.


    These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you (the Customer or you). We are Lefendarty Ltd whose trading name is Squidge & Pip a company registered in England and Wales under number 06584820 whose registered office is at 53 Ringstead Crescent, South Yorkshire, S10 5SH and whose trading address is Suite 5&6 Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, Albion House, Savile Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S4 7UD with email address hello@squidgeandpip.com; (the Supplier or us or we).

    These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By ordering any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions


    The description of the Goods is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied. All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.

    A Contract will be formed for the sale of Goods ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (ie the Order Confirmation). You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract, but in any event not later than the delivery of any Goods supplied under the Contract. The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price

    Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.

  • Payment

    Payment for your Squidge & Pip products is taken through Paypal and you will be redirected to their secure website to make payment. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment and they accept all major credit cards. Please refer to Paypal’s terms and conditions for additional information. Once your payment has been taken you will receive a receipt from PayPal and an email order confirmation from us.


  • Delivery & Returns

    We currently only ship to UK and Europe – the rest of the world will be coming soon.

    We aim to process your order and ship your lovely Squidge & Pip goodies on within 48 hours. For UK orders we will post your items using Royal Mail First Class, or if you chose the next day service an extra delivery charge will be applied at checkout (please note that a signature will be required for this service upon delivery). Our Next Day Service is only guaranteed for UK orders (not including Northern Ireland) on all orders placed before 1pm.  Any orders received after this time may not be dispatched until the following day, meaning that delivery to you will be in 48 hours. Please note, our couriers do not usually deliver on Saturday so if you order on Friday you won't receive your order until Monday.


    European delivery charges will apply for all orders to the EU and charges will be applied at the checkout. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

    Please note, the timings listed above are only intended as a guide and occasionally conditions beyond our control may affect delivery (weather/strikes/etc) which Lefendarty Ltd are unable to accept responsibility for, although of course, we will always do our upmost to ensure delivery to you in a timely manner.


  • Returns

    We so hope that you love your Squidge & Pip product, but we completely understand if you decide to change your mind, you must inform us within 7 working days of receipt by contacting us at hello@squidgeandpip.com. We will then be happy to make a refund or exchange providing the items are returned complete, unopened, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 working days. You will need to pay the costs of returning your package pack to us (return delivery charges are only refundable if you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us). We strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting and we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

    We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints in the following way: If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received please email us with details of your complaint to hello@squidgeandpip.com and we will respond to you within 24 hours with a solution.

    This return policy does not affect your
    statutory rights.


  • Refunded Payments:

    We'll refund your money for the value of the goods, excluding original postage costs (postage will only refunded under conditions stated above) within 1 week of receiving your return.  All monies will be returned via your original payment method.

  • Incorrect orders

    We really hope this doesn't happen but if it does then we are of course happy to accept responsibility for our mistake!  If you have received an incorrect item then please email us hello@squidgeandpip.com with your order number and provide details (and whether you require a refund or a replacement). We will then respond to you and let you know how to proceed.

  • Faulty Items

    Due to the strict testing and high standards that our products are made to, you should never receive a faulty item. However in the very rare event this should occur do not use the teether and contact us immediately at hello@squidgeandpip.com where we will contact you and let you know how to proceed.

    All our items carry the CE mark and have been rigorously tested under the EN71 safety standards.

    Your UK statutory rights are not in any way affected by our Lefendarty Ltd returns policy
